Airstrike explosions were heard in Yemen's capital, Sanaa, Israeli media reported in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The airstrike reports began shortly after the Houthis took responsibility for a projectile from Yemen that targeted central Israel and was intercepted by the IAF.

According to the Houthi-run Al Masirah channel, the strikes targeted several major power stations in the area, resulting in power outages in several areas across Yemen.

Various Israeli sources have attributed these strikes to Israel, though the IDF has yet to address the situation.
