Comparing hostages, 1981 and now

One of the greatest differences between the coverage of the hostages held in Iran 45 years ago for 444 days and of the hostages in Gaza today is that no one was on Iran's side then, while many are on Hamas's side today. Tomorrow marks day 444 for hostages in Gaza.
