Cybereason, an Israeli startup and a leader in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technology, has raised an additional $120 million from key investors, including SoftBank Corp., SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Liberty Capital. Existing investors will also have the opportunity to participate in this funding round.

This investment underscores strong investor confidence in Cybereason’s cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and its ability to protect enterprises from sophisticated cyber threats. The funding will support Cybereason’s long-term growth, ensuring it remains a trusted cybersecurity partner for businesses worldwide.

Founded in 2012 in Israel by former CEO Lior Div, CTO Yonatan Striem-Amit, and CVO Yossi Naar – all veterans of the IDF’s 8200 intelligence unit, Cybereason is an Israeli cybersecurity company, which provides protection against cyberattacks to both governments and businesses alike. Alphabet Inc’s Google Cloud unit is one of its backers.
