Father of Sderot Yeshiva dean passes away

Rabbi Meir Fendel, father of Rabbi David Fendel, dean of the Yeshiva in Sderot, has passed away. His son eulogized him in a conversation with Arutz Sheva: 'He was very devoted and caring, and personally accompanied me in the building of Sderot.'
