Hezbollah leader claims: 'Israel and US behind rebels in Syria'

Hezbollah Secretary General Naim Qassem announced that residents of Beirut who lost homes in the war will be compensated $14k by Iran, residents of the rest of the country who lost their homes will receive $12k.
