Institute for Study of War: 'Ceasefire terms are tantamount to a Hezbollah defeat'

The Insitute for the Study of War released a report stating that the ceasefire in Lebanon shows Israel fulfilled its stated aims and Hezbollah gave up on its aims, but the agreement could allow Hezbollah to rearm and rebuild if Israel and the US do not enforce it.
