Italian Tech Giant TeamSystem Acquires Morning, Israeli Fintech Startup, in $150 Million Deal

TeamSystem, an Italian tech company that develops digital solutions for business management for companies and professionals, has signed a binding agreement to acquire shares representing 80% of the corporate capital of Israeli startup Morning by Green Invoice Ltd. While the terms of the deal were not disclosed, Calcalist cited “sources familiar with the deal” that said it is worth $150 million. Fortissimo invested $20 million in Morning in 2021 at a valuation of approximately $50 million.

Founded in 2011 by CEO Lior Wilczynski and CTO Rami Gabai, Morning by Green Invoice is a fast-growing and dynamic Startup that offers businesses and independents a super smart & user-friendly SaaS platform for invoicing and business management service. Essentially, “Morning by Green Invoice” is a tool designed to give business owners a quick, daily snapshot of their financial health.
