2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt

50g walnuts
1 heaped tbsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Mixed salad leaves
20g flat leaf parsley
2 apples
Juice of ½ a lemon
6 Medjool dates, pitted

Dressing:
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp silan (date molasses)
Salt and pepper
