Suspects in Amsterdam pogrom will not be facing terrorism charges

Dutch Chief Public Prosecutor says that seven suspects in the attack on Israeli soccer fans in Amsterdam will be facing charges that include violence and public insult but not terrorism charges:  From a legal standpoint, there was no terrorism involved.
