UN spokesman: UN could meet Netanyahu despite arrest warrant

Following ICC arrest warrant against Netanyahu, UN spokesman says limited contacts are allowed "to address fundamental issues". No indications that a meeting between Netanyahu and UN chief Guterres is in the works.
