US warns Israel it is violating cease-fire in Lebanon

Warning comes after Paris accuses Israel of non-compliance; Amos Hochstein, who brokered the deal, accuses Israel of  violations in message to Jerusalem counterparts; Violations include return of drones to skies over Beirut; On Monday morning, IDF attacked 3 areas in southern Lebanon where Hezbollah activity was detected.
