WATCH: Israel Foreign Minister Says ‘A Palestinian State Would Be a Hamas State’

Newly-appointed Israel Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar was asked about Saudi Arabia’s demand for a Palestinian State as condition for normalization with Israel.

Sa’ar responded, “In one word? No.”

He explained that past concessions, such as the Oslo accords and the withdrawal from Gaza have not brought peace and that a Palestinian State “will be a Hamas State.”
