Zenity is an Israeli cybersecurity startup that developed a platform for securing low-code/no-code development and uses AI copilot systems. The firm raised $38 million in a Series B funding round co-led by Third Point Ventures and DTCP, pushing the total capital the company has raised to over $55 million to date. It follows the recent strategic investment by Microsoft’s venture arm M12, with strong support from existing investors Intel Capital and Vertex Ventures.

AI copilot systems are revolutionizing the way we work and interact with technology. These intelligent assistants, powered by advanced artificial intelligence, are designed to augment human capabilities and streamline various tasks. They are software applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to provide real-time assistance and insights. They act as virtual assistants, understanding and responding to user requests in a natural language, much like a human colleague.

With over half of companies embracing AI for automation and Copilot usage skyrocketing, the AI era is upon us. However, security concerns are hindering full-scale adoption. Zenity’s latest funding will accelerate its mission to empower Fortune 500 enterprises to harness the power of AI apps and agents, addressing these security challenges and driving innovation across industries.

Founded in 2021, Zenity says it is the first and only security governance platform for low-code/no-code development, creates a win-win environment where IT and information security can give business and pro developers the freedom and independence they want in order to continue pushing their business forward while retaining full visibility and control.

Low-code/no-code development has experienced rapid adoption, but until now, governance and security tools for these modern business applications have lagged behind, leaving organizations flying blind when it came to monitoring and securing this new development pipeline.

Ben Kliger, Zenity’s CEO and co-founder, said, “The future of work is now. For the first time, large enterprises are on the cutting edge by placing the power of AI and low-code at all users’ fingertips, meaning anyone can now use and build AI agents and business applications to get more done. As such, security teams need robust and purpose-built solutions to properly manage the risks that come when utilizing the most powerful tools we have ever seen. We are proud to partner with Third Point Ventures and DTCP to continue our mission in supporting the world’s largest and most consequential organizations to enable innovation securely.”
